About Reg Intel

Reg Intel is an independent AI regulation intelligence platform founded by Elyar Adl, a GLOBE program student at Bocconi University studying global AI governance and regulation.

What We Do

We track, analyze, and explain AI regulation across 11 jurisdictions: the EU, United States, United Kingdom, China, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Canada, Australia, Vietnam, and Brazil. Our coverage spans legislation, enforcement actions, compliance deadlines, and practical implementation guidance.

Why We Exist

AI regulation is moving fast. The EU AI Act, China’s algorithm rules, Vietnam’s AI Law, South Korea’s AI Basic Act — each jurisdiction is building its own framework, often with conflicting requirements. Compliance professionals, DPOs, and governance teams need structured, accurate, and current information to navigate this landscape. That is what we provide.

Our Standards

Every factual claim on this site is traceable to a primary source. We read legislation in its original language where possible, including Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese regulatory texts. We disclose uncertainty — when official guidance is missing or legal interpretation is contested, we say so explicitly.

  • Primary sources first. Official gazettes, legislation texts, and regulatory announcements over law firm summaries.
  • Confidence tiers. We rate our confidence in each claim and flag areas where our knowledge has gaps.
  • Last reviewed dates. Every article shows when it was last verified against current law.
  • No legal advice. We provide analysis and education, not legal counsel.
